1. Sasuke would be really weak.
2. Konoha would be destroyed, there would be a fourth shinobi world war between the countries.
3. It would suck, but nagato would probably learn to use ninjutsu anyways. And then he could teach the others but all of them wouldnt be nearly as strong, also no akatsuki and.... Whatever im too lazy to finish.

1. There would be no story.
2. There would be civil war in the Leaf. Beyond that, it's impossible to predict.
3. It wouldn't be as dramatic when Jiraiya fought Pain. Likely they would've survived to do essentially the same thing.

7. Depends on how early we're talking. If he'd done it prior to leaving the Leaf, he probably would've stayed and been a hero.
