If they gave one eye to each other then they would each have one EMS eye. They can't just have one person give his eyes to the other then trade again. One person would be left eyeless no matter what. It's not that hard to comprehend. Idk why people think that Madara and Izuna could have came out of the exchange with both having two EMS eyes.
