Naruto would have been a much grittier series. Sasuke would have betrayed and murdered Zabuza at some point in retaliation. That leaves the question of what would happen to the eye. I like to imagine Sakura taking it and being more useful.

I mean after Sasuke smokes Zabuza. Obviously he would take it after killing Kakashi but you can't just let something that impressive go to waste. Not to mention that as she is now Sakura could probably use it fairly well considering she has the Byakugou.

now but it would take at the very least the timeskip probably more, sakura isn't a precision fighter like Sasuke & Kakashi & Itachi it would be a waste on her when her fighting style revolves around big damage with her punches not accuracy which Sharingan is meant for, why do you think Kakashi doesn't use Rasengan?

Zabuza is so underrated his skills with: Hidden Mist, Silent Killing, Water Prison, Large Scale Suiton, Water Clones, & His mastery with his blade yet still fighting at Part 1 Kakashi with 3T Sharingan speed consistently while dealing with Genin, one of which is Sasuke Uchiha who he got to shit his pants was great.
