Just an unlikely theory, but what if it's not the real madara standing next to Obito, but instead a vintage naruto stunt? I have no clue how many times we've seen him use clones with transformation to fool people. Naruto knows what Madara looks like, and it's definately in his nature to do something like this. I doubt that's how it really is, but its worth mention.
