It's possible, but I really want Sakura to learn some genjutsu, as Kakashi said she was a genjutsu-type. That way she won't seem like so much of a carbon copy of Tsunade, which she is at the moment.

Psht, as if sakura is good enough to learn it....she's not nearly a good enough medic.

She might have already had teach Sakura the technique being that she stated "Medical Ninja's most have mastered Byakugou before going onto the battlefield." Sakura might have learn the technique, but she didn't mastered to Tsunade's level.

I think anyone who is able to decipher Sasori's poison as well as being one of the few medical ninjas in the war doing their job as efficiently as she is, is good enough to learn the technique. And even if she can't or hasn't yet, that doesn't mean she's not a good medical ninja, which seems to me that you're implying.

I think you misunderstood Tsunade. While it may have sounded like other medical ninja learned Byakugou, by saying "those" which is plural. She only really meant herself as Byakugou is an enhanced form of Creation Rebirth, a technique she has only been shown using. Basically she is saying she is the "only" exception to the rules.

Probaby, the new generation is suppose to surpass the old so it seems like sakura would have to learn something like that eventually

I knew, but It was a little confusing on my part. Thinks for clearing up for me.

The same thought crossed my mind. Naruto's mentor Jiraiya passed down his jutsus why wouldn't Tsunade do the same with Sakura?

I do think she is capable of learning this. She has turned over Sasuke's fate to Naruto. Having this ability would put her in the forefront of the manga again. If this is the case I'm pretty sure Tsunade will die sooner than later.

I know Tsunade said that she is the only one who knows this jutsu, that doesn't rule out her teaching Sakura the jutsu after the war, that is if she lives.

I know she can learn it, it all comes down to if Kishimoto gives it to her. Because i could also see her never getting it. And like you said even though Tsunade said she's the only one who could use it, that doesnt mean Sakura isnt in the process of learning it.
