Looking at her databook stats back then, she would have prevented him from going into Sage mode. Inferior speed, hand signs, and stamina.

Ashura or Human Path can literally render her Byakugou useless.

However I love how Kishi stated at some point that Jiraya would have won if Orochimaru would have went with Jiraya.

I'm not so sure. If she can transfer her Byakugou to others like Sakura can, she might have been able to regenerate his arm and heal his throat to continue fighting.

I'm not so sure. If she can transfer her Byakugou to others like Sakura can, she might have been able to regenerate his arm and heal his throat to continue fighting.

Implying she survives that long to do so.
I see her getting defeated by Ashura or Human path real quick tbh.

Pain would beat them both no matter the outcome.

Orochimaru had some contact with Pain, so it makes sense. He would have picked up on the truth at some point. Prior knowledge would have been key.

That was implied. Naruto would have been captured, because Danzo wouldn't have allowed him to leave the village to go train.

I doubt they could take Deva either.

But for some reason Nagato believed Jiraiya would have won had he known his secret (which he actually did in the end, albeit when he couldn't do anything about it).

That makes me believe that Nagato meant Jiraiya could find and kill Nagato before dying if he knew that the Pains were not the real combatants.

It's because she's Sakura's master and a good 60% of the base can see no positives of her or anything related to her.
