what if tobi was some how a future sasuke or even alternate naruto (reality) or even a zetsu clone
reasons why for future sasuke
the personality fits.
the way he fights quick and dirty
he wants power
maybe lost the ems to a fight
knows a lot about ems and sasuke's brother itachi (yes he taught itachi o use ms and kill the uchiha clan)
alternate naruto (my own little theory because history always show kishi unexpectecly mind blowing us)
may have went crazy if naruto lost everyone in the war.
personality of not wanting people fight eachother and live in peace (infinite tsukoyomi)
he may have learned space/time nin in order find a differnt time line to end the suffering before the war started
knowledge of kushina's child birth location when it was top secret.
knowledge of minato's techniques
could explain why kurama thought the chakra was familiar he had 10 months while naruto was grown to learn his chakra signature.
zetsu clone (most possible but with a few problems)
he must be
the white blood
the ability of growing back limbs
seemingly resembles madara but old
has very in depth knowledge of harishima (1st hokage) tobirama (2nd hokage)
has a cardnel knowledge of sharingan techniques (kamui, amatarusu and even sasunoo a rare sharingan ability and even rarer izanagi)

why u no use ems
why he no use any ms techniques (besides the warping ****ing troll the one technique that makes him unable to get hit)
if he was a madara clone why did he need a rinnegan clone or even new eyes every five minutes
however the ms and ems sharingan theory of mine is that maybe tobi's is unique that it does not change the pattern of a regular sharingan
