[Discussion] What if Tobi had been Izuna?

I understand that Tobi is NOT Izuna and is in fact Obito. I'm okay with this, in fact, the revelation I have become quite fond of.

But I'm just curious ... what would of Izuna in control of Obito's body meant for the series?

For those that post comments such as; "Oh, it would be gay." or "He isn't Izuna, so ..." I will report as spam.

I'd like Naruto more. Also, the Madara and Tobi combo would be that much more epic. But then they'd be too OP.

I think it would have been just as good! Obito carries the sense of a corrupted hero and a personal tie to a main character. Izuna held the thought of revenge for the dishonor brought to his older brother and leader of the Uchiha! I personally had hoped for Izuna as Obito was litterally written off as dead until they decided to have him somehow two tomoe Kamui through the floor XD!

I would have been disappointed. Izuna meant what to the series? Nothing. Tobi being Obito just makes Naruto that much more interesting

Izuna being Tobi would have been badass and epic in a grand scale, think about it!!! The two brothers forgotten from the history of Konoha are the ones controlling the war..... Would have been a real amazing contrast had Sasuke and Itachi (the good guys) had been there to stop em but oh well.
