I'm picky? It's not my fault you went and changed the OP to say Madara instead of Sasuke. Those are two different things. Sasuke doesn't have a reason to attack Suigetsu while Madara does, if instigated.

I highly doubt that Suigetsu would actually evaporate, though.

No because heat creates condensation in the atmosphere which is liquid Suigetsu could disperse into the created water vapors.
