Black Zetsu had a new voice as if he's complete different person compare to Kaguya, what if the guy that Sasuke speak of turned out to be BZ who is the empty shell of himself??? The Guy who manifested his power onto Kaguya in order bend her will. BZ probably manupilated her the whole time, probably using Kaguya in order to accomplish his goals, while Kaguya placed her trust on her children believing she's building her army to use his own creation against him???

BZ was always with White Zetsu, the guy who probably knows more about white zetsu than anyone else and BZ act himself as a monitor to know the situation.

When was another Black Zetsu shown "lurking around"?

Black Zetsu is Kaguya's will. He wasn't manipulating her. He was part of her.
