I honestly don't think it needs an explanation considering any reasoning with that idea whatsoever was counted off when RTN was released. So6p wouldn't be given the benefit to create a genjutsu world given that Obito's planned was already in the work. Besides...A paradox like that wouldn't happen...Would it...Kishi Isn't that much of a delusional troll..
