Well heres the reason why he cannot possibly be in the coffin. Only people who have regrets or have something left to do can be resurrected by IWR. From what I know in the Pain Arc White Fang passed on happily after the chat with Kakashi.

sorry to say but this is the shittiest theory i've read in the past months..

The way how Edo tensei works has been explained a while ago. Last time we checked we saw kakashi's dad meeting up with kakashi when kakashi died.. If you also remember when kakashi said: i forgive you dad ! His dad respond as : Good now i can go and see your mother.

Since edo tensei only works for people who still have ''something'' to do in the living world which is why they still aren't fully rested death people.. than this thread already declared as nonsense.. so i guess ur not just reading the manga but just looking at the images

Anyways to get back on topic:

Madara beeing afraid of the white fang is like him beeing afread of a newborn baby without arms and legs.. Remember the white fang has been classified to be equal like the sannin and that's not much for madara to be scared im afraid.
