What if the Sage is evil....???

Would it be cool if the almighty Sage of the Six Paths turns out to be evil? Would you hate it or embrace it?

I personally think it would be a nice plot twist. The guy who we all thought was a savior of the ninja world turns out to be the one who damned it in the first place! That would be epic. But that's just my opinion. What's yours?

it'd be dumb to me, villains to me need a good reason to be evil, and if you're gonna be evil for the hell of it, at least do it right, two fine examples of this would be pein and hidan, pein is that good evil where circumstances in his life made him pretty much snap, hidan was basically a serial killer in a ninja's body, he didn't care about anyone or anything, was super obnoxious, and was one of the best pure evil villains I've ever seen.

I just can't see anything forcing rikudo to snap, nor can I see him just being inherently evil, it just doesn't work imho.

You get that in shonen manga enemy never wins the final fight right? Hero will save the day no matter how large the obstacle is thrown by the bad guy at the end of the day.If enemy wins the final battle in this genre yeah its considered as cliche.Besides if Obito & Madara successfully perform the moon's eye plan & all thinks it went the other way and then if manga end like that it wouldn't be an proper ending for a series like Naruto.Series is called Naruto for god sake,not Obito Chronicles or Uchiha Revenge Plan.
