What if the reason sasuke and naruto were able of joining hagoromo, was shishui?

Before you start reading, and, more importantly, commenting, consider this: I too see that this is incredibly tinfoily, and it is all based on the unknown truth of wether or not itachi stored shishui's eye inside of him(whether already inside the crow or not, the truth still stands)

Itachi had shishui's eyes, which left a genjutsu on him. which ordered him to defend the village, which also means defend the world, when an event such as Kaguya occurs.

This genjutsu's activation was sealed up within the crow that resided inside Naruto, and it would not surprise me if Itachi had prepared it and stored it inside of himself too (he was, after all, not sealing them. whenever he used his "turn into crows move", he himself turned into crows(Not an unprecedented occurrence; toad sages turned into toads too if they were incapable of controlling the nature energy, and Hashirama's mukuton nature energy turned bodies into trees when incapable of controlling it, making it likely that there were other ways to connect with nature, which would have different outcomes when letting go of control, and with different control-ability)); it would be silly if he had to make a specific way for Naruto to absorb the crow, and then would not use it for himself.

We know that seals seep power over time; it was seen as a feat by the raikage, A, that Minato and Kushina's chakra's lasted so long inside of Naruto's kyuubi seal,

so it is not too far fetched to believe some of shishui's power seeped into naruto; both trough itachi's seal, and Shishui's occular power that this seal was supposed to repress.

This could have great implications for the upcoming naruto "next generation" chapters, seeing how this could also mean that Sasuke inherited the sword and shield of Itachi

(though it is also possible that itachi created the weapons himself; Black zetsu explained how it was created; perhaps a sign of hagoromo "residing" inside itachi; we know Hagoromo created tools himself too, and we also know that nobody had ever seen the tools until Itachi had to use them against Orochimaru.)

Why whouldn't Sasuke use these tools against naruto in their last fight?

There are a number of reasons I could think of, one being that he simply could not use them against naruto; they are, after all, sage-made weapons.

TL;DR: Shishui's chakra has hagoromo mixed into it, itachi made sure both of them had some of that shishui goodness inside of them.

This wouldn't make any sense because there is no way Naruto has Shisui's Chakra now since Naruto fought Itachi way before meeting up with Hagoromo and Itachi used Amaterasu to burn the crow which contained his eyes. As for Sasuke, since Itachi gave him consistent chakra replenishments your theory might make sense on his part.

So you are saying that the charka that seeped out of itachi's crow and seal were already gone by then? Could be.
Though you could also see it as the reason why naruto had to loose all of his own chakra before noticing something so frail and tiny compared to his own chakra; It never leaves the world, nor his body, completely.

It was shown in the manga which is why to me the involvememt of Shisui was such a crazy idea.

Sorry for the edit, Though you could also see it as the reason why naruto had to loose all of his own chakra before noticing something so frail and tiny compared to his own chakra; chakra never leaves the world, nor his body, completely. This would also explain why he was capable of restoring Gai's chakra.

What foreshadowed you're talking about? And his eye power is not greater than IT. He can control people as long as the victim not awares, but Byakugan can detect it and alert the victim. Kaguya can easily see Koto chakra color like Ao.

Alot of people want to see Shisui so bad they make themselves believe that he is still alive so they look for any opportunity to try to prove it. Unfortunatly Shisui Uchiha is long dead. It would be silly if Kishi brought another person believed to be dead back into the story. IMO
