Sasuke and Itachi's dad? I know what you guys are going to say "That's ludicrous! Itachi killed both of his parents, there's no way that he's still alive!" well hear me out guys, we all know that Izanagi gives the ability to rewrite reality then wouldn't it make sense for Fugaki Uchiha to use it as well? he seemed much to calm along with his wife about, getting killed by their own son. And this entire time Fugaki had to keep in hiding because he had to keep the disillusionment that he was in fact dead from Sasuke.
Sasuke would've acted pretty obscene if his father was still alive and so would Itachi, plus Fugaki is most likely to care about his son killing his other son who he held in high regard, and as former leader of the Uchiha clan he's own of the few who would use the language "unforgivable" or call his son a disgrace, people say Shisui but Shisui is much more understanding than many Uchiha, Shisui is also an adept analyst so he would be able to see why sasuke did it. Plus he LOST BOTH EYES, there's no coming back from losing them both and falling into a waterfall, sasuke's father using Izanagi just like how Madara did, as his eyes activate after, and to people who call bs, remember, Danzo got severed by sasuke but Izanagi still worked. Fugaki probably thought that Itachi and sasuke would grow to understand eachother but after seeing that the end result was the death of his son by his other son he grew disappointed in what Sasuke had done, gravely disappointed, but it's not like he could do much. He only had one eye and his son was leagues above him, but now, with the knowledge of the sharnningan obito had, he decided to work with Orochimaru to find a way to kill Sasuke in retribution for what he did to Itachi.
I know it's a far-fetched prediction, but it makes a heck-of-a-lot more sense than the shusui argument and those who watched the fillers that include shisui would know why. But that's just my opinion, maybe Fugaki has his own MS and is either controlling the blonde Uchiha ororochimaru is via drugged, the idea of Fugaki surviving would be a huge plot twist, heck if the Obito plot can happen, anything can happen. Like I said Fugaki was much too calm when his son was about to kill him and his wife. Just a thought guys
