Nither WB nor WG would get the support of Shanks but I don't think WB pirates had a reason to oppose Shanks so it'll turn into WB and Shanks vs WG,as WG alone can't beat both of them they have no choice but to stop fighting.

Equal match?? Lol, the marines won at very high diff with only WB, another yonko joining, it's an overkill.

Mihawk would have left the same way he did when shanks arrived, Hancock is on luffy's side, so she will stay killing fodders, and doflamingo would either run away or get taken care of by a WB or shanks commander.

There is still crocodile, jimbei, daz, and ivankov to take care of some of the strong marines.

What Avanish said. Team Emperor would have won if team Sengoku decided to continue the fight.

Garp, Sengoku, Akainu, Kuzan, Kizaru

vs

Whitebeard, Shanks, Marco, Ben Beckman, Lucky Roo, Vista

The next best that are worth of mention for team Emperor are Yasopp, Ace, Squard, Boa Hancock and bunch of Shanks' commanders. The marines would have Doflamingo, Onigumo and few other powerful VA's. The marines have more fodders, but team Emperor have more of what matters to win this fight.

Akainu was tired , so he gets taken down by Marko and Vista.
BB wouldn't have showed up ( If he would then Mihawk would have fought him and killed him , Yami BB got stomped by a near dead WB )
Shanks would have teamed up with WB and take down Sengoku and Garp ( if they choose to fight )
Mihawk would have probably left.
Croco would still fight.
Jimbei would still be unharmed.
Ace would still be unharmed.
Hancock would protect luffy.
Ben beckman would have fought Kizaru.
The other member of Shanks's crew are probably strong too ( the ones that showed up in the stand off against BB) so i believe 2 of them can take down an Admiral like Aokiji.

Not to mention that WB wouldn't have had half his face blown off.

And we forgot Jozu too , basically its a mid diff for the two Yonkos U_U

actually Akainu was not as badly injured as WB, if Ace didn't die WB would never go berserk, but even after that Akainu blew up half of WB's face and had trouble with fodder, Akainu even after he was hit by WB still made all WB commanders including Marco flee until Shanks arrived

Vista and Jozu could be stopped by the Sichibukai

Crocodile would make very little to no defference in the grand scheme of things

only 3 pirates were able to take on Admirals with a chance at victory (WB, Shanks and Ben Beckman) and the other side also has Sengoku and Garp

there is no way in hell this would be a mid dif fight for any of the two sides

dude, Aokiji and Kizaru were virtually UNHARMED, Akainu (after Ace's and WB's death) made the pirates and commanders flee like little b?????s

Garp and Sengoku did NOTHING (1 punch) until BB arrived, they are both admiral level (Garp stronger)

also I doubt Shanks would even want to fight, the war would have probably ended
it is also very, VERY possible that Shanks actually waited to stop the war, not wanting to create even more chaos, he waited for the best opportunity to stop the war
