what if sasuke were to kill naruto

i honestly was hoping for your reaction because thats exactly what i was thinking, i said died, i didnt say stayed dead, in some weird way i think naruto will die and the so6p will revive hime because naruto is his reincarnation :izuna:

*Facepalm* People it's not necessary for Naruto to live cause the manga's called Naruto, there's a lot of Manga's that end with it's main character dying... Why? well it's to prove a point... I believe the main point Kishi wants us to acknowledge is to Never give up even if you die. I personally think if Naruto died, it'll definitely make this manga a Legend and add one hell of a dramatic end, since it seems a little real, not like the others where the main character lives just cause he's the main character . but if Naruto was to die then Sasuke has to it'll even make it more epic .

***Anyway my point is , would you please stop your one line statement of the manga's called Naruto, so Naruto won't die (it gets really stupid after a while). it'll be so based and plot shielded if Naruto stayed alive with all these OP villains waiting for him.

Naruto won't die in the end. That is sure. That is not because he is the title character.

Naruto stands for a lot of ideals. If he dies the dreams too die. The story fails.


1. He want to establish peace in the shinobi world. If he dies that is not possible. He is going to be the most influential character in the shinobi world. He has to live to carry on with the legacy of his Jiraiya, Nagato, so on.

2. He wants to eliminate hatred. He cannot achieve it if he dies. Nobody else can do it at present.

3. He wishes to surpass all the hokages. It won't happen if he dies. He is bound to become somebody greater than a hokage.

4. He wants to save a friend. . So they both can't die.

5. Not to give up until you achieve your goal. If you die in the end, even if you achieve the goal, it gives a wrong conclusion under the current circumstances.

These are my thoughts. Kishi wants to give a strong message. So Naruto can't die.

Agreed, The only way Naruto would die is if Sasuke dies as well. And besides Naruto is the main character, what would be the point of killing him. I only know of one anime where the main character is acually killed off...Deathnote xd

2. use your imagination, we all know he isnt going to die so stop bringin it up

3. naruto has surpassed all past hokages through his dreams and his ninja way, he inherited all the hokages will of fire and is actually putting them to good use rather than fighting a war for hatred or for power, so he surpassed them already

4. naruto already said that if him and sasuke fight they would both die, and once again its just a dramatic question you can imagine about, if you dont want to then dont post anything

5. your missing a huge thing about naruto, he wanted to be noticed, be the strongest in his village, and have respect, he is a renowned hero throughout the army, so he completed everything but his promise to sakura!!!!

technically he can die and still change everything in his death(not saying he is gona die read the thread!)

well if you have read romeo and juliet, alot can come from a persons death, there dreams can be passed on, the promises can be kept, everything good can happen from it, and i think that the last fight will end up being naruto and sasuke for sure because thats what everyone wants to see happen, naruto kill sasuke

If Sasuke were to kill Naruto... Oh, dear. A lot would happen, really, for everyone. And people, like others have said before me: just because Naruto is the main character doesn't mean that he can't die. Now, do I think he will? Not really. Do I think that, if he does, he'll be revived? Yes. But for this thread's question... If Sasuke killed Naruto, I think...

1) The entire fanbase would explode, either with the intense feelings of sadness and rage from Naruto fans or the happy cheers from Sasuke lovers/Naruto haters. It might even manage to start flame wars, somehow.

2) Jiraiya's dream of peace would shatter, the last fifteen years since Kishimoto first published Naruto in Japan would've been for nothing, and it'd have all been just pointless. This is why I doubt it'll happen; I can't see a future for the Shinobi World without Uzumaki Naruto. I guess I'll say the Allies would have an even stronger reason to fight, especially his friends.

And 3) Sasuke himself. Would. Break. No, no, I really think this. I don't mean in some sappy, heartbroken way. But upon Naruto's death I'm sure he'd have some sort of serious revelation, be it from Plot no jutsu, a last minute speech from Naruto or, what I think it'd be, their past. Because truthfully? You will never convince me Uchiha Sasuke hates Naruto. You'll never convince me he wants to kill Naruto out of hatred towards the Leaf. No, no. I don't see it that way. It's just my opinion, but to be frank, I see Naruto as an obstacle for Sasuke; one he can't just conquer because Naruto is an emotional obstacle for him. Hence why I think he's so eager in the manga right now to get to where Naruto is to kill him; to cut down his last living weakness in the world. To truly be free to destroy the Leaf... Taking down Naruto would be a bonus on that end for him, of course, but I still feel like if he ever did he'd immediately realize he made a grave mistake. My two cents. Or, well, let's call it a dime.

Last: Do I think they'll die together? Not really. Again, can't forsee a future without Naruto. Do I think Sasuke will die? Maybe, but only in a self-sacrifical way, it seems. Let's have a redo of the Wave Country Arc or some shizz.
