Yes. He's comes off as cold, but he truly loves his family and the village and would sacrifice even himself to protect them. I think that quality would make him somewhat 'pure' from undue corporate and military-industrial influence over his policies.
He's smart, analytical, and thinks multiple steps ahead. In other words, he plays chess while others play checkers. That quality will be important when dealing with geopolitics and protecting our country's interests and dealing with the different factions. This is also important when dealing with Congress and our corrupt media. While other politicians would bend to political pressure and noise from the press and political spin, bc he has already analyzed the landscape and outlined a plan, he'd be able to stay the course until he achieves his objective. Kind of like Obama does.
He's well respected but probably also a little feared bc of his power. That's also important. And as he is now, he'll be able to balance pragmatism and morality. So, he would be ruthless with the enemy, but he wouldn't pull a Danzo, for example, and sacrifice the innocent. he would find a way to take out the enemy while taking out the enemy.
And though dude is stoic, there's just something about him that draws ppl to him. You see how everybody's on his d!ck even now. Dude probably wouldn't even need to campaign that hard. B!tches and mitches alike love them some sauce.
