What if like after they still fought at vote2. What if Sasuke realized naruto wasn't fit enough to be hokage of the village and keep it safe as well as install authority.

If Sasuke genjutsu'd ppl then eventually he would either be put I n jail or killed seeing how that is the fate of ppl that refuse to learn

Easy, He would work with Naruto as a Team to help him improve, and become a good Leader. Sasuke wouldn't have stayed in the village due to his mission to save the would which absolutely required him to be out of the village. Naruto was best suited to become/be Hokage.

There are many genjutsue dispellers in the village. It wouldn't work.

Didn't they need to be bring Tsunade in to get Sasuke out of Tsukuyomi? :|

If that is the case then I doubt anyone, but her or Sakura could dispel Rinnegan level genjutsu

In the time of peace villages are more open now. If any of them came to visit the village they would easily dispell it.
