Not sure what you mean. Since a war would happen regardless of Sasuke knowing or not. Sasuke would then be reunited with Itachi still go to face kabuto and kabuto just tells him. What do you think that Sasuke is conviniently going to stay ignorant with kabuto around?

There are 2 options.

1. Go back to the village by listening to Naruto's TNJ.

2. It's not really Sasuke's decision here. Tobi can teleport using Kamui and take him before the rest get to him and break the truth.

It's more likely that he was bounded to know the truth so there is no what if but if there was he would go back to the village aka Option 1.

I've always just thought he would just return as he hadn't committed any crimes then and naruto would have TNJ him after finding him unconscious post itachi battle but this seems possible too
