What if Sasuke is lying to Hashirama?

Friend of mine introduced the idea to me today, that Sasuke is probably just lying to Hashirama and biding his time. I think there's a decent chance Hashi is toast once he goes up against Madara, because Sasuke will backstab him and kill/seal Tobi and Hashirama.

I'd agree, but let's not forget that M is on the way to deal with HASHIRAMA (devil face). Madara with Sasuke can easily kill the both of them.

I personally believe he is lying bro. The manga/anime are both proof that Sasuke reached a fairly deep distance into the Darkness. Karin stated that his chakra was wayy too cold and even the Kyubi noted Sasuke's chakra to be that sinister and dark as Madara's. I'm thinking Sasuke will backstab the Hokage when it reaches the right moment at the Battlefield. hmm

Sasuke is also very easily influenced and right now he might be sympathetic to hear from Madara how his brother was taken by the corrupt shinobi system in Konoha. Last time Sasuke fought for real we saw him murderize Danzo and then almost kill A until Ay called his lackeys in (like a typical black man) and had Gaara end the fight early.

With EMS Sasuke can murderstomp Hashirama easily. Sasuke briefly considered Itachi's words, and has merely decided to not let this world end. He in no way said he forgives the village or Naruto. He's just not going to let Obito run off to pretend fairy land and enslave him and the rest of the human race because he's buttmad that some girl died.

Reality is Obito's a little *****, Sasuke is the real Uchiha.

Sasuke has not shown any seals yet to even be able to accomplish such a thing, unless it was planned with Orochimaru before they reach (highly doubted). Tobirama is obviously weary of what may happen as he unconditionally distrusts all Uchiha's. Hiruzen also distrusts Orochimaru and will be weary. Minato can probably simply move away with his high agility and reaction speed. The only one in danger would be Hashirama since he seems to gullible and soft hearted to realise such a thing, the greatest ninja after the SO6P and his sons won't die from a simple backstab whether he is Edo or not.

Irrelevant. Tobirama is under Orochimaru's control and is absolutely 120% OWNED by Orochimaru in every way.

Hashirama, well, against Edo Madara he's no match. Madara + Sasuke can EASILY crush Hashirama.

This is true, Naruto can sense hostile intent so if Sasuke is going to pull a double cross Naruto would be able to tell and stop him.

Naruto won't be there when Madara and Hashirama meet. In case you hadn't noticed, hero boy can BARELY STAND right now. Madara is leaving the battlefield because he's not seeing Naruto as worthy prey anymore.
