What if Sasuke had implanted one of Itachi's eyes and one of Shisui's eye (the one Itachi had) ? Not much substance here and I know I will get laughed at, scolded and flamed -- so what...just answer the question, lol.

It would not work nd sauske would not awaken the ems unfortunately. "The tighter the blood ties are between the "donor" and the receiver, the better it is for compatibility — a sibling for example would make the best donor." I dn't think sauske has any relations with shisui so its a fail xd
