I'd lose interest in the series. Realize that without him the midway plot would be useless, and there actually wouldn't be any. For a handful of us, a complex character like him shouldn't just die off. He makes the story fruitful and interesting. I don't think someone whose life was written in Hell deserves that kind of ending. Not unless it's a beautifully poetic death that gives him an acknowledged "release".

Naruto beating Madara, becoming Hokage, and living happily ever after is very likely to be the ending regardless of whether or not Sasuke lives or dies. Its a Shounen Manga, its going to have a standard happy ending.

But it's not strongly impossible. If he does die, I doubt it would be against Madara though. Sasuke IS the final arc of the series, after all. 50/50 both ways.
No I will not be upset. He is truly the most remarkable character of the series. Without him, I finally have an excuse not to be upset about the series coming to an end. I used to read the Manga for the story. But I honesty continued only to follow his, and I can assure it goes the same for other Sasuke fans. Many people will disagree. But try making a powerful connection with something, and try taking it very lightly. Can't do it. For someone to REALLY appreciate Sasuke, they have to feel these ways. It can be held accountable that he is relatable. A bond with fiction can be its own reality, trust me. If he "dies" I will go to every rigid end to prove this point. Regardless of what Anti-Sasuke's say and think, he is pret-ty f*cking important. And he is admirable and very much a masterpiece.
