Considering that they'll need all of the Bijuus or at least a portion of each Bijuu to revive the Juubi; trying to get some of Kurama's chakra from Naruto would be the toughest thing they have to do. It took Obito years to find the Bijuus and seal them with Akatsuki; the Bijuus can tell Naruto if someone is attacking them as well. Naruto have the power to beat Madara but Madara had many unique jutsus that makes him hard to beat when he's not being nerfed; if this new threat doesn't have those jutsus then Naruto's chances only increase. If the Juubi is revived with just small amounts of the Bijuus chakra then the Juubi would be much much weaker than before which make Kaguya weaker if she was revived.
