Just wondering what if sasuke become evil again because of any reason and team up with orochimaru and recarniate old kages and suddenly attack konoha and on the other hand Naruto got sick of some disease and can't fight him What will happen ? Will he be able to do it or not ?

pretty much this the only one who would pose a threat to him is Naruto, but if Sasuke were to say, surprise attack Naruto and toss him in another dimension then nothing would really be able to stop Le Sauce unless some other new and more powerful Otsutsuki comes out of hiding.

Sasuke isn't turning evil without getting that other arm back. After that it's pretty much game over sasuke doesn't even need Orochimaru. Pein negged konoha with one super charged chibalu tensei. Pein isn't even the original owner of the eyes, he's not even the original body of the rinnegan either, and Sasuke has MUCH more Chakra than pein. Sasuke would casually blow konoha to bits. If Naruto can't do anything to stop an adult evil sasuke then everyone dies everybody gets solo glanced to be sasuke's slave. Sasuke finds all the bijuu and CTs them all. And since Naruto is sick that doesn't help the situation. An unnerfed sasuke will never happen, no rinnegan user ever should be unrestricted in the current world.
