Why don't people realize Sasuke hates Orochimaru's guts.

Anyway Sasuke would probably handle threats to the village by pure intimidation. Making an example of enemies and probably feared by his own people. It has to be this way because if he was nice villagers wouldn't respect him because of formally being a nuke ninja.
