I don't mean combination in a cool, Spider-man sense, I mean how it was done in the Fly, where the guy got molecularly combined with a fly. Instead of getting cool powers, his body began falling apart and the fly part of him just appeared as a cancerous disease slowly transforming his body into a fly-like mutant that wasn't even a viable organism. So, Sasuke wouldn't look cool, he'd look scaly and decayed.
