What if Sarada is a living shadow clone?
After VOTE2, Sasuke changes and ends with Sakura as he was never attracted to Karin, and never had any physical relation with karin.
So Karin with the help of Orochimaru creates Sarada who has Sasuke's and Karin's genes.
On the other hand Sakura becomes pregnant.
Assuming she is pregnant in the pic below
^So Sasuke leaves for this mission.
Later on Sakura has a miscarriage and shizune is the only one who knows about this.
Meanwhile Karin visits the village (sent by Oro) and somehow gets the news from Shizune.
Karin gives Sarada to Sakura saying that its Sasuke and karin's daughter ( hiding everything about living clone).
Sakura accepts as she is Sasuke daughter (Sasuke doesn't know about this).
