Agreed, he never loved Sakura. Its was delusional rivalry nonsense. Both Naruto and Sakura confirmed it. NS is 100% done.

I won't argue that, didn't Sasuke return romantic feelings. But he did give Sakura many intimate geatures. Even in part 1 (she held onto that thank you)...

I believe that was also mentioned, Naruto love with sakura was based on a rivalry with sasuke.

Eh Hinata;s a side character(until the Last)and Sakura the herione. Theres bound to be more romantic innuendo between the Hero and Heroine(and Rivals etc, Sakura just has alot of panel time)

Well the part about him not loving her was obvious. But it would be great to see some evidence in the manga suggesting it for arguments sake. Like do you remember a chapter where it was shown he liked Sakura because of his rivalry with Sasuke?

LOL not even Kishi knows how that sh*t happened.
He just made it happen because he thought it would make Sakura look like a bad person if she fell in love with Naruto and got over Sasuke. Funny enough, he's had the whole manga to slowly develop that transition, but he's like "nope lol, she still loves Sasuke", but somehow NS fans have deluded themselves into thinking that she was somehow getting over him.
We all knew that Naruto eventually would've gotten over her, hence why Kishi made it obvious that Naruto's supposed "love" for Sakura was shown to be so shallow.
Only NS fans were surprised by the pairing outcome.

Dude Naruto has gotten over every obsticle. To me this Sakura issue was never a worry. Anyone with a sane mind would understand that Sakura was nothing more than just another chick to him. Compared to what he has accomplished in the manga. So yeah no doubt he was gonna get over her. Lol

Anyone who wasn't biased or delusional af would have seen that NH was gonna be endgame since the pain arc, partly because that's the only reason Kishi gave to having Hinata in the manga. It was obvious that he had her there to be Naruto's waifu. Not to mention that any moment Naruto and Hinata had clearly was designed to push them closer and one of their moments had more impact than a 100 chapters worth of development Naruto and Sakura had.
I also remember one part in the manga where Naruto remembers talking to Jiraya (I don't know if this was before or after Jiraya's death) and him telling him about the 3 Ninja sins or something like that, it was about Booze, Money and women. Naruto responded by saying that he wasn't even interested in a girl so he had nothing to worry about.
It was obvious that his feelings for Sakura were shallow. Only NS fans thought otherwise.

I agree with every word of this. The dude was a dumbass when it came to girls. He never understood love at all. Maybe that is the reason he played childish pranks with sexy jutsue all of the time. Since he knew that most men fall for it but him. But yeah that Pein arc is defiantly the start of the ship sailing NaruHina's way. It was way obvious than.
I am personally happy with the end pairings. Just wished SasuSaku was developed better.
