What if Sakura Went Through with It?

...what if she stabbed Sasuke with that poison kunai?

I know this is irrelevant at this point, but another post prompted this thought:

Sasuke lost Orochimaru's powers which I presume included his immunity to poison. We know Sakura is a genius when it comes to poisons and potions.

If she somehow managed to act like a real ninja for once, could she have possibly really killed Sasuke?

Are we underestimating her knowledge of poisons and elixirs?

In the Sannin three way deadlock parallel: Slug kills snake, snake kills toad, and toad kills slug.

With the sannin-team 7 parallel, are we sure that Sakura didn't have what it takes to at least inflict some damage on Sasukes (student of the snake?)

Love your sig. And Sasuke would still be alive because of plot, fodder like Sakura can't catch the deuteragonist and kill him off guard

There is no valid proof Sasuke is immune to poisons.. there is an assumption made by Kakashi that Sasuke is probably immune to poisons.. hasn't been proved.

But was he immune to poison on his own or due to absorbing Orochimaru? Kakashi said he was but he didn't know Itachi stripped Sasuke of Oro's power......

.....then again though, he didn't know Sasuke absorbed Oro so that neutralizes my point.
