She's already in clear violation of the second clause of the Medical Ninja Rules, standing in the front lines. Who's to say she won't violate another by dying? So it's possible. I would probably feel about the same as the time Neji died.

Dang, I'm a big fan of Sakura but I'm not going to lie when I admit, I have day dreamed about her dying the manga/anime. It'd be pretty bad though. To most of the Anti-Sakura fans or the people who just don't care, it'd be a reck if Sakura died regardless whether you think the anime/manga will be just fine without her. When Hinata was hurt by Pain, Naruto raged... now imagine if it was Sakura, the girl he's loved for years. Their in the midst of the Ninja War, Kishi doesn't need Naruto blowing up the world with Sakura's death... unless it's the turning point or something to where Naruto needs an energy boost. It wouldn't be the same without Sakura. She's Naruto's first love and one of his first friends/family. Besides, there wouldn't be anyone who knocks Naruto out when he does stupid things. Sakura and Naruto reminds me of Kushina and Minato too - another plus. Oh and if she died, I'll bomb Kishimoto. :| He'd be screwed to kill off Team 7 members.. (Though I honestly believe either Naruto, Sasuke, or Sakura will end up dying. Naruto seems like an anime that will give you a big mind f*** and twist in the end.)
