He has yet to confess his feelings for her and holding Hinata's hand isn't going to simply change his mind about a girl he loved since he was a child).

SasuKarin: SasuSaku fans bashing about how Karin is a fangirl and obsessed (proven in manga) and how Sasuke should've chosen Sakura since she loved him for so many years. Blah blah blah.
