A small Shinra tensei was enough to kill 2boss summons and handicap Gamabunta. What make people think that even if Bee goes to Hachibi-mode could handle a full-powered Shinra tensei? Kyubi(the strongest Bijuu) needed to go thru 8tails to break Chibaku tensei. We've seen how powerful is compared to other bijuus. Could Hachibi really handle this jutsu? What about Preta path that absorbs every ninjutsu? Pain can definitely cause great damage to Kumo if not defeat it

Preta Path is going to absorb a Bijuu Dama fired at and being dragged up towards CT's core? When Preta is on the ground? Not happening. Deva can't repel it as CT's gravitational pull will pull it back up.

Don't think Soul Dragon is a good idea, or if it would even work as it needs chakra directly from Nagato's body and last time he used that he became emaciated. Gedo Mazo could be a problem though. Well, since it has the Bijuu in it Pain wins with the Mazo.

It can be one, but with Pain I don't know if it would work, and if the opponent dodges it than Nagato is just put in a bad condition.
