When Pein got the intel from Shizune, he decided to go to Mount Myobuku. What if he had gone there. Do you think he would have been able to destroy there just he did to Leaf village considering that there are toads with senjutsu there.

Plus: he doesn't do the huge shinra tensei coz he knows Naruto is there
