What if our world was like the Naruto World?

I had a dream last night were, as the question stated, our world was like Narutos world. It was quite weird. U_U

But anyways what would you guys think if our world was like the Naruto world? I believe that it would be cool- but at the same time there would be lots of problems (and even more wars) if people had chakra (and other inhuman abilities).
I think there would be to many people on power hungry crazes, and I also think that the powers that people do have would be used for wrong reason (Like there wold be to many Sasukes, Madara's, etc). but I also realize that there are some people that would be say more like Naruto, Sakura, etc. So what do you guys think??

I don't think it's a good thing, i would like to use henge and kage bunshin in real life would be pretty usefull
