Rikudou Sennin couldn't be Edo Tensei'd. It would be impossible to find his DNA, he's like 6x older than Madara and Hashirama. They'd have to invent a jutsu to go back in time to do that.

If anyone was to be brought back it would have to be Izuna, because based on what Tobirama said Madara only became insane after he died so the only way to get rid of Edo Madara is to summon Izuna.
