nah . bro. hashi is stronger than oro even without SM. you see even he needs SM to summon shinsusenju. so guess how much chakra it drags, and also you know hashi has so much larger chakra rserves almost near as nine tails.

Even with a Zetsu body, I don't see him summoning something that dwarfs mountains and the Kyuubi easily.

Hashirama was the pinnacle of the Senju and their special bloodline. Whilst Orochimaru fares well in stamina, and more so with his new body, he doesn't come close to Hashirama's chakra and stamina.
