High chances Nagato would have still attacked Konoha & would have faced guys like Obito, Kakashi, Itachi, Shisui, Jiraya, Naruto & Sasuke.

Obito's non-involvement in Akatsuki would've taken a lot from them. Even if they attacked Konoha with their relatively weak group, they still wouldn't have the objective of capturing tailed beasts. Which wouldn't have consumed the world in war, which is basically what I was referring to with respect to Akatsuki's non-existence.

And of course both Itachi and Obito wouldn't be in Akatsuki along with a few members whose entry into it relied on these members.

He'd be a strong Kage on par with Tobirama or Minato, nobody would've dared attack except he would've been quite militaristic and ready to fight back against other nations after having almost died during result of a war.

First of all, Akatsuki would not be what it was later and would really be vanguard organization of Hidden Rain village. Uchiha clan possibly would not try to make a coup, having Uchiha for Hokage, which means that Sasuke would no had developed curse of hatred at such young age or develop it at all. Naruto's parents would be still alive and maybe Naruto would not be jinchuriki.
