Well, he would get a EMS, maybe..... one eye is good enough for him.

well he would have Susanoo not that he needs it but also if he has both his eyes no one could touch him

He would probably just have another Sharingan to add to his collection. He wouldn't replace his Rinnegan with the Sharingan, but if his eye started to lose its sight, he could always use Kakashi's if they're the same/similar technique. Since it's his eye, then he wouldn't be able to get EMS.

So IMO, he wouldn't be stronger or weaker, just the same. Though I think he's already OP. Having an extra MS with Kamui would just be a good back up if his eye sight ever went bad.
