So, Obito would have MS and be in Konoha, Rin and Kakashi would be dead and Madara would be waiting in a cave muttering about how he's eventually going to come back, and whittling statues of Hashirama out of sticks he makes with Mokuton?
Well, first off Minato would never become Hokage. You don't get that kind of rank if your subordinates all die. Madara would likely be found if Obito ever told anyone how he survived, Orochimaru would likely still be in Konoha doing evil stuff, since he only left after Minato became Hokage because he knew he could never get the job.
No kyuubi attack, No uchiha massacre, Itachi becomes 4th or 5th Hokage, Naruto grows up to be a blond Konohamaru, Sasuke is a fodder, and everyone is happy, until Toneri kills everyone.
