1. Amaterasu or Susanoo?
2. Itachi admitted to Obito with one Sharingan being above him, and Obito admitted to Madara being above him.
3. Pein's idea was to blow up half the world every few generations and scare the survivors into being good. Obito's method is VASTLY different.
4. Does this statement contradict what you said in #2?
While Konan's plan was great, it needed plot no jutsu to force Obito to use Izanagi.
You see, Obito's has been shown levitating while using intangibility. In many instances he has literally floated out of the ground like a ghost... so why did gravity suddenly effect him?

If obito would have returned to village after rin incident ,as he imagined in this chapter would kakashi have given obito eye back to him,
i dont want to be in kakashi shoes at that time as how he has 2 eyes where as obito has one eye ,he would he filled with guilt . i

However As Itachi said, every technique has weakness, so to beat Kamui you need:
Supreme Sensing skills + Excellent reaction time and excellent speed to overcame long distance in split of second.
In other words while: Double MS Obito > BM Naruto then BSM Naruto > Double MS Obito....
simple as that.

Obito can teleport himself wherever he wants via Kamui ; almost freaking speed light. There was unnecessary being intangible. As you might know Kamui has difference phases.
Kamui is already OP. We're reading Obito's life instead of Naruto.
Obito never needed both eyes but Kakashi does. Because he's f*cking useless and erotic magazine reader.

+ teammate

if minato got his arm cut off b4 he cood hirasin and even 2nd not wanting to hirashin behind juubito. im pretty sure some how madara or itachi cood plan some 2 stage attack and hit obito after he becomes tangible etc.
i do think izanami or inagi would have to be used to stop obito.

Been wondering about smth like that too.....
Correct me if i'm wrong but the only 2 eyed MS abilities we know are that 3. (+ Shisui's kotoamatsukami).
Other than that nothing else has been mentioned from 2 eyed MS users(Madara been spamming Susanoo-s so far only). On the top of that from Tobirama's words (when he was talking about Sasuke's enton) we can assume that either Madara or Izuna possessed Amaterasu which probably means that Kakashi and Obito got Kamui due to the devided eyes and normally Obito would have the same abilities as Sasuke & Itachi (+ probably the others, madara, izuna, etc).
On the other hand maybe it's totally bullshit and you are right. In that case yep, he would be pretty OP, however i do wonder what would he capable of w/o senju DNA.

Konan observed Obito extremely closely for the entire time she worked with him and had somehow figured out both possible flaw in Obitos flawless defence Kami Jutsu (that he is exposed when absorbing and can only exist in the diamention for 5 minutes at a time), engineered an exact situation in which she could kill him twice, first by blowing up dog tags when he attempted to relocate her (which though he avoided it did considerable damage to him), and again when she opened up a cassium full of explosive tags so that they would blow up continuously for over 5 minutes and he only walked away because he had a spare sharigan to sacrifice.
Obito didn't seem the kind of guy who would give up an eye so it was fairly obivous that for whatever reason, he just simply couldn't teleport while he was untouchable. He had to come out, in order to suck himself back in the vortex. He could do that against Charka eating bugs because they pocessed no immediate risk, or being burnt, but he couldn't take explosions idly.
She had all the information she needed, and engineered two very good plans for killing him and she still failed. No amount of inteligence can kill him if you lack the means. And believe me, she was the only person up to that point, aside from the 4th to stick much damage on him, along with the poison guy. Itachi cannot beat Obito alone in any state, most characters in the manga cannot hurt Obito so it hardly a discredit to him but he doesn't have the same option to try and sucide.
Moving on, I really don't think having both of his eyes changes the situation that much because already he's pretty much unkillable. Bee, Guy, Kakashi and Naruto fought him at the same time and they still didn't defeat him. There is only 2 things that change with him having his eyes.
Most importently, no body can hurt him. Most of the counteracts made at Obito has involved Kakashi's eye. So it pretty much removed the only kink in his defence that they could force against him.
Secondly, since he's already invinciable, adding the power to kill people remotely is merely overkill for him. It merely makes him more godly then he already is.
Obito is one of the most powerful, living character in the manga just based on the fact that he is nearly impossible to kill. He doesn't need to wreak entire contients with his pressence, but the fact he can outright ignore any attack until he feels ready to do something.

Obito can't teleport himself away from any situation.. he needs to suck himself up for that.. so he needs to become physical so he can suck himself up.
The only thing i can think of right now is the thing he pulled when he was stalling naruto and crew when itachi and sasuke were fighting.. when he suddenly dissapeared when he was covered by bugs.. though he could've sucked himself in there too, since he wasn't intangible cause the bugs touched him..

If he had both eyes he'd obviously be blind. We all know he overused his eye jutsus before we even knew who he truly was. So imagine the overuse if he had full powerrd eyes..
