What if Obito does...

Okay so I read this thread on how Obito May become the new Jinchuriki of Kurama and was wondering, If Obito does survive to become the new Kurama Jinchuriki would he use or be able to use rinne tensei? At this point I don't see how else naruto can be revived.:eww:
