What if Obito Copies the Chidori?!

How epic would that be if during the fights (Madara vs. Naruto and Bee / Obito vs. Kakashi and Gai) Obito just breaks out the Chidori and possibly stabs Kakashi or at least kills Gai? It isn't that farfetched and the whole reason Kakashi even got the eye was basically for the Chidori, so what if Obito winds up using it as a sort of slap in the face? I mean just look at Kakashi, the dude pretty much molded himself after Obito (showing up late, leaving behind comrades are trash) only to find out he was not dead and totally evil!

Obito has a Rinnegan eye for anyone who feels like pointing out he does not posses a lightning affinity.

Rinngen - The holder of these eyes can completely master all five basic nature transformations that form the basis of ninjutsu

From my understanding, the Sharingan will still copy the jutsu regardless, it's only if the two elements combine with each other to make another element(Kekkei Genkai) like Haku's Ice and Wood Style. Unless Kakashi has 4 natural elements?

that is different, that wasn't Ice KG, it was element Snow i think, the thing from Snow Country, completely different from KG, Sharingan can't copy KG
