What if Nawaki didn't die?

How powerful would Nawaki be?

What if he didn't step on the trap, and after the battle is over, Tsunade trained him because she realized even if she tried to stop him from fighting in the war, he would try to anyways? Would he become a Hokage, a Kage-level ninja (because I'm sure that Minato would've still become Yondaime), a Jounin, or a wimp?

With his drive to become Hokage, I think he would've been best friends with Minato (they're all around the same age, it's my interpretation that Minato was at the same age as Shikaku, Inoichi, Fugaku, etc.) and at some point would have mentored Naruto. Also, Tsunade is still in the village because Nawaki didn't die, so there are far less casualties on Konoha's side during the Third Shinobi World War, and Konoha is shown as the CLEAR victor.

But my question is for how exactly he would help Naruto, whether the Uchiha Clan Massacre would still occur, how the Kyuubi's attack goes down with Nawaki and Tsunade's involvement, and if the Invasion of Konoha still occurs (Tsunade's not depressed, how can Orochimaru hope to stand against her and Hiruzen?).

then Tsunade wouldn't make at least one medic ninja per team because no one close to her has died, she would not become kage level strength because Dan would already be the Kage
Tsunade was already a Sannin at that point, I believe. Dan died before Nawaki, and even if he died after he didn't die because Nawaki did. He would've died anyways.
