What if Naruto wasn't a jinchūriki?

Just imagine Naruto with Minato, Jiraya, and Kakashi as his teachers. Plus, he wouldn't have suffered during his childhood, he wouldn't have misbehave, and he would have started learning at an earlier age.

This, plus with Minato around he would be intelligent like his dad

If he didn't have Kurama he would have trained more around Sage Mode. If he didn't have Kurama he would have trained in other areas so he could become stronger.

He'd probably be above Neji, but below Gai and Kakashi.

Are you high? Naruto in sage mode beat all paths of pain while Kakashi lost to two. So what about the gates, Naruto is stil stronger than Gai. One rasenshuriken and Gai is a goner.

Ah no just because minato is alive dosen't automatically mean naruto will become a genius he would still be the dumbass he is.
He would be a strong ninja because of sage mode, mass shadow clones,rasengan,rasenshuriken e.t.c, but theys no way naruto is smart enough to learn FTG and sealing techniques

I'm going to have disagree with you here. As we all know, Naruto isn't the brightest character, and this is largely because of how he was brought up. Because of Kurama, nearly every adult in the village distrusted Naruto and as a result, Naruto distrusted almost every adult. When it comes to learning new things, results will be much more successful when taught by someone you trust as opposed to the opposite.
The same logic is applied for mannerisms and personalities. We are all heavily affected while growing up by the adults around us. If Naruto never became Kurama's host, then his parents would still be alive; it's likely his manners would be better if instilled by his mother, and he would more than likely have inherited the calm and collected personality from Minato.
In conclusion, you can't be certain that Naruto would be the same as he is now if things were different. (That being said, I can't be certain he would end up any different, I just believe it would be a lot more likely).
On topic: Naruto would likely be as powerful as he is now, trading Kurama for space/time techs and FTG.

well its been stated that a majority of narutos own chakra was used to power the seal holding kurama so no 9 tails= stronger base naruto other than that hes sage mode would be stronger/last longer as ma and pa would be able to fuse so yea even without kurama naruto is still top tier imo remember his sm surpassed j-mans so yea hes badass

i admit that naruto would be very week without kyuubi and he would have been dead long ago bcauz of his reckless way(injuries and being healed easiy by kurama),plus the sage mode is a technique that can only last like 5 minutes,so not a big arsenal,he also lacks iq so it's be difficult for him to keep up with the ennemies genjutsu

If he wasn't a jinchi at the time then he'd still be pretty strong.
However, a bit behind Sasuke's lvl. But I'm certain that he'd catch up to him still somehow.
