What if Naruto unlocked the Rinnegan?

He would become far too OP. A simple Bijū Mōdo blitz+Ningendō would take out pretty much any character in this Manga.

Because of this. Rinnegan would best fit his final power-up.
He will be like Neo from Matrix

The Rinnegan is awoken in times of war.
Naruto is worthy of this power-up.
Sasuke should go home.
