At this point in the war, the Juubi may want a sacrifice to make up for the sins of Shinobi.

Judging by the way Kishi is writing it like the Bible, I think Naruto may sacrifice himself to Juubi. Naruto is called the "Savior" or Child of Prophecy, so IMO he may have something to do with the Jesus-y outlook.

Killer Bee somehow dies, and the Moon Eye Plan is complete, but Obito stops and looks at his Sensei.

Minato is crying, and he screams at Obito for Naruto back.

Obito gives up Tsyukomi and uses Rinne Tensei to bring back Naruto.

Nope , he is already immune to TNJ . The damage that the shinobi system has done to him , it's too late for him to go back now . He had done multiple evil actions .
