Now here's a prediction-
What if Kashin koji's entering the village is actually a plan made by Kawaki and Koji themselves maybe they are planning to trick Naruto and get him trapped under some place where he either dies or never come back.
There are two points from BORUTO manga that kind of support this theory.
1) BORUTO did said in First chapter that at starting the story revolves around Naruto but then It changed.
2)Kashin koji let Konohamoru and team 7 take Kawaki to the village without bothering them if he wanted to capture Kawaki wouldn't it be easier for him to just defeat team 7 and take injured Kawaki with him.
(So him entering the village and taking the hard way suggests that he have some sort of planning to get rid of Kara's biggest threat Naruto).
Maybe Kawaki and Koji will seal him in a Bad Otsuski's dimension by tricking him emotionally and then leave the village and declare that Naruto is dead as he was killed by Kashin koji and he took Kawaki by force.
And BORUTO came to know the reality later in the story (when he grows up) that Naruto never actually died he was trapped by his friend or rival whatever they are in future.
