What if mother of Tsunade was daughter of Hashirama?

What if Hashirama had a daughter? If that daughter married someone, and the two of them had daughter named Tsunade. Then Tsunade would not have surname Senju. Maybe Tsunade, even before becoming Sannin, was not Tsunade Senju.

Give one good reason why she changed her surname?
It has not been known to happen in the manga, why should anyone, including yourself, take that to be a possibility, is there any decent reason as to why she would later change her surname? She didn't get married as far as we know, because the love of her life (dan) died.

Lol, besides naruto and the other children, who didnt know minato was narutos father? I mean, minato was the last hokage and so far only 2 people have been seen to have blonde hair, only thing that was kept secret was the pregnancy because the weakening of the seal. If naruto was suppose to be a big secret they wouldnt have let him live alone or any of that stuff, i mean, its obvious by his treatment that he was never a secret, everyone knew he had the demon fox in him, they knew the forth hokage sealed it in him, they knew the fourth hokage sealed the fox in his son.
