...stayed in the village and took Hashirama's path? What if they both became Hokage and lead the village? I think with their influence, Konoha would be unbeatable and they would eventually reunite the villages just like Naruto did.

The Uchiha clan would be still alive and Senju would probably have more descendants. The competition between shinobi would be a lot more tense and interesting. It would be a time of peace, but still interesting nonetheless.

Yes, but I addressed Madara because the Uchiha clan wouldn't be wiped out. Naruto and Sasuke achieved peace but it's gonna be hard to rebuild the clan or blood with just one Uchiha.

Sasuke didn't fully awaken Sharingan because of hatred. Uchihas awaken bigger power when they know love and then lose it. Because of that, they're prone to hatred.
